Look for Avaya product stencils under 'Download Stencils' on the right side of the page. Our goal is to make it easy for customers, BusinessPartners, and our sales associates to illustrate Avaya solutions. These tools will be provided in read-only .vss file format for you to open as a stencil when creating Visio drawings of Avaya solutions for implementation and documentation purposes. You can drag and drop product shapes directly onto your drawing. The stencils should stretch and scale accurately and provide connection points for incorporating into your drawings.

The stencil packs have been renamed for better identification of which shapes are included in each.
NOTE: You must have Visio installed on your computer in order to download a stencil.
Save the desired stencil(s) to your PC.Open Visio and begin a new drawing or open an existing Visio drawing. To use any of the stencils that you have downloaded to your PC, select File | Shapes | Open Stencil then select the desired stencil. You should be able to view in your Visio Shapes Window, the product icons that are included in your selected stencil. You can then drag, drop, and resize the desired shapes onto your drawing.
NOTE:Some files have multiple stencils and are provided in a ZIP file - you will needto use WinZip or a similar utility to unzip those files before you can use them.The default Zip utility provided by Windows may not be supported to unzip all ofthese files.
